 Reservations are required

• Room rate per night $125.00.  All rooms have private bathrooms.

• Holiday High Season and Brimfield Antique Weeks excluded.

•  Room rates for all Brimfield Antique weeks: $200 double occupancy, per night. An additional fee of $50 will be charged per additional person.

• Full payment is required for Antique weeks and are pre-paid and non-refundable.

• Check in time is open. However rooms will not be ready before 1 pm.

• Check out time is 10 am.

• Out of respect to our guests smoking inside of the home is not allowed.

• We are not able to accommodate pets.

• Our inn is not suitable for children under age 12.

• We accepts personal checks, travelers checks, cash, Paypal.

• We can install a window air conditioner during the summer months for a $25 one time fee.

• Business travelers welcome.

  Refund Policy for Brimfield weeks as well as the high season

During show weeks refunds will be given if there is a 3 week notice of cancellation and the room is re-rented for the same days. (less a $25 dollar service fee).

There are no refunds for No-shows or early departures.

Breakfast maybe Full or Continental. Inn keepers discretion
