Lori Myers and Wayne Phaneuf began their Bed & Breakfast careers in 1992 when they bought an abandoned former inn and restaurant; Heritage Hill, in Holland Massachusetts. Fast forward 15 years later and Lori and Wayne began a search for a new Bed & Breakfast property which they found on the Brimfield town common - the perfect setting to satisfy their love of antiques, innkeeping, and colonial architecture.
